  • Sardines

  • Cut the Finedor® Ancient Grains to get a spoon shape.
  • Spread olive tapenade and then arrange quarters of tomatoes, mozzarella and pink radishes.
  • Season with fine sprouted shoots, basil and a drizzle of olive oil.

 

 

  • Cut the Finedor® Black olives & Thyme to get a spoon shape.
  • Spread on Cream cheese mixed with chives, then arrange the sardines and the dried tomatoes.
  • Season with lemon juice.
