Zubereitungsschritte
- Cut the Finedor® Ancient Grains to get a spoon shape.
- Spread olive tapenade and then arrange quarters of tomatoes, mozzarella and pink radishes.
- Season with fine sprouted shoots, basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cut the Finedor® Black olives & Thyme to get a spoon shape.
- Spread on Cream cheese mixed with chives, then arrange the sardines and the dried tomatoes.
- Season with lemon juice.
